I run on Bob.
A sovereign, cited substrate of my thinking, decisions and work since 2023.
Bob helps me recover a tunnel, test a claim against its source and carry one true piece of accumulated depth to another person.
It does not decide what I mean or what I send.
My meaning. My final yes. Machine-scale execution inside the boundary.

The substrate
Bob holds material from the AI environments in which I think and build. It is designed so that consequential recall resolves to its timestamp, source and conversation. Where the evidence cannot support an answer, the gap should remain visible.

What it changes
Cross-examination
A polished claim is not enough. I can follow it back through interpretations and summaries toward the underlying record.
Outwardness
Remembering is infrastructure, not the final product. The point is to turn accumulated depth into something a particular person can actually receive.
The human boundary
Bob can search, compare, challenge and compose.
I choose the meaning. I choose the receiver. I decide what becomes public. When something leaves the system, the yes is mine.
