The Thesis
What I believe. Built from 366K conversations, not theory.
The Bottleneck Shifted
"The bottleneck isn't AI capability anymore. It's human reception."
AI can generate anything. Code, content, analysis. The constraint moved.
The new bottleneck is the human on the receiving end. Can they absorb it? Process it? Act on it? Direct it?
This shifts everything. The skill isn't making AI produce more. It's making humans receive better.
"There is an ever-expanding gap between the hyper-exponential AI tech acceleration and the practical human largely hyper-underutilized adoption—like the year after the industrial revolution till adoption, only 1000x."
The Formula
"The bottleneck is the amplifier. A person's understanding of the situation is the limiter AND the amplifier."
Expanding AI capability past human comprehension adds zero value. The only lever that matters is human understanding.
The SHELET Protocol
SHELET (שלט) — Hebrew for control, dominion, mastery. Four phases that operationalize the thesis:
Phase 3 is sacred. The human chooses from 3-7 options — the cognitive limit. Everything before serves compression. Everything after serves execution. The bottleneck becomes the amplifier.
100% Human Agency
"I call it 'AI in the loop' as a contrarian to the stupid 2025 human in the loop."
"AI will help humans get much more efficient but humans will have 100% agency always. This is pashut."
Not "human in the loop" — that frames humans as checkpoints in an AI system.
"AI in the loop" — AI as tools within human-directed systems. The human sets direction. AI amplifies capacity. Control never leaves the person.
This isn't idealism. It's architectural. Systems that violate this fail on adoption.
| Industry Says | This Framework Says |
|---|---|
| "Human in the loop" | "AI in the loop" |
| Human supervises AI | Human conducts, AI executes |
| Eliminate bottlenecks | Amplify through bottlenecks |
| AI needs to be smarter | Humans need better translation |
Three Axioms
Ground assumptions. Non-negotiable.
- 1No sentient AI — everNot "unlikely." Not "not yet." Never. This is a design constraint, not a prediction.
- 2Human control — always100% agency. Not 99%. The human sets direction, AI amplifies capacity.
- 3Only as fast as humans understandAI can generate at infinite speed. Value is capped by human reception.
The Translation Problem
"My biggest problem is translating how I think to people who will understand my value and will put it to good use."
"I am fluent in the one language people don't understand."
Some minds work differently. Not wrong. Different. The problem is interface, not capability.
The prosthetic brain I built isn't compensation. It's translation infrastructure. A way to bridge how I think with how the world expects to receive it.
The Inevitable Future
What I see coming:
- LLM history becomes portable. Every conversation you've had, queryable. Not locked in platforms.
- Cognitive profiles replace resumes. How you think matters more than credentials. Provable from your own data.
- Identity verification goes behavioral. SMAT over CAPTCHA. Proving human by thinking patterns, not clicking boxes.
- Platform-agnostic becomes essential. AI commoditizes single-platform expertise. Judgment on tool selection remains scarce.
- Inference-time UI becomes standard. Interfaces that adapt in real-time to the person using them.
