Do you work with early-stage startups?

Rarely. The model works best when there's existing infrastructure to transform, not greenfield builds. But I'm open to conversations.

Can you work with my existing team?

Yes — during the Embed phase I work alongside your team. The goal is knowledge transfer, not dependency.

What's your availability?
